We make is very simple to refer leads over to us and where required our partners are able to instruct on behalf of their clients. You can also be safe in the knowledge that we do not share your client data with anyone.

Step 1. Calculate the price
All you need to do is pick the right fee scale and you will be presented with the price. If you would like to add a broker admin fee, you simply tick the box at the bottom before taking payment. You will need the customers card details in order to proceed and permission to debit their card. Terms and conditions should be offered to the client which are online.
Step 2. Instruct us on behalf of your client
Once you have presented the price to your client and gained agreement to proceed, the next step is to complete this instruction and take payment.
Step 3. Leave it to us
In the first instance, we will contact the contact and get a date in the diary for inspection.
Once we have visited the property, we will call your client once more to give an overview of the property. We find that people love the personal touch that this provides and gives them the opportunity to ask questions.
We then send a hard copy report to the purchaser.
At this point we raise a credit for your administration fee if you have applied one and this will be paid to your nominated account.
