Let's focus on the new property. Please confirm the properties construction, listed status, age, address and how we access it.

Property Unsuitable for RICS HomeBuyer Report

Due to the nature of this property, we are unable to perform an RICS HomeBuyers report and suggest you pursue a report that would be more suitable.

Step 3. Leave it to us

In the first instance, we will contact the contact and get a date in the diary for inspection.

Once we have visited the property, we will call your client once more to give an overview of the property. We find that people love the personal touch that this provides and gives them the opportunity to ask questions.

We then send a hard copy report to the purchaser.

At this point we raise a credit for your administration fee if you have applied one and this will be paid to your nominated account.
