When you book your survey, you’ll be allocated a local RICS surveyor with expert knowledge of your area, and we’ll secure the earliest available appointment for you. We’ll always do our very best to match your preferred dates, and if you’d like to check availability before booking by calling 0330 058 7127 and we can confirm a specific date for you (Mon-Fri). If you’re not happy with the appointment offered, we’ll provide a full refund — no questions asked.

All of our surveyors have excellent local knowledge, which is absolutely crucial for providing accurate valuations. With 124 postcode areas and nearly 3,000 districts across the UK, we work with a network of approved partners to ensure we can offer nationwide coverage. However, surveyor availability can sometimes be outside our control. While we will always do our very best to arrange your valuation, if for any reason we are unable to, we will issue you with a full and immediate refund.
