RICS Condition Report
The RICS Condition Report is typically suitable for a variety of property types defined by RICS as a conventional house or flat that is built from common building materials and in reasonable condition. The RICS Condition Report provides you with important information not covered by a mortgage valuation. It includes an inspection of all aspects of the property.
The RICS Condition Report focuses purely on the condition of the property by setting out the clear ‘traffic light’ ratings of the condition of different parts of the building, services, garage and outbuildings, showing problems that may require varying degrees of attention. A summary of the risks to the condition of the building. Advice on replacement parts guarantees, planning and control matters for your legal advisers.
RICS Condition Reports do not automatically include a valuation. However, this can be provided as an additional service if required.
In our experience, we do find that people prefer the great level of information presented in an RICS HomeBuyers Report.
